Join me for this 6 week beginners series where we’ll explore the basic principles of Kundalini Yoga and Meditation.
We will learn about and experience the following aspects fo the practice: yoga, meditation, mudra, mantra, breathwork, relaxation and a gong bath.
When we start anything new we have no idea where it will take us.
We often approach with a mixture of excitement and fear.

Kundalini Yoga and Meditation creates a space for you to have a conversation and an experience of yourself. You’ll get to know yourself a little better. You’ll connect with your mind, body and spirit.
You’ll begin to see your patterns: where you lean in, where you resist, where you give up, where you sabotage yourself. Some of these habits are serving you and others are limiting you. With awareness you can choose a different response.
I discovered Kundalini Yoga a decade ago and have been practising and teaching since. It continues to surprise and challenge me. Each time I teach this beginners series I learn more about the practice and about myself. Each time I repeat a practice, my experience changes because I have changed. I invite you to come with curiosity about the teachings, the practice and mostly about yourself.
Every class is different. Trust me you will walk away elevated, energised and expanded and with daily tips and tools. Each week I will introduce you to new practices in context with the philosophy. Each week will include some yoga, meditation, breath work, deep relaxation, gong bath.
Let’s boldly and playfully adventure into new territory and see where it takes us together.
Kundalini Yoga is known as the super fast highway to awareness. It awakens you to your full potential: recognising, refining and expanding your awareness to your higher Self. It combines ancient knowledge with modern practicality aka it works fast with exercises from 3 minutes. A typical class is focused on control of breath, expansion of energy and alignment of the energy centres (chakras).
