This ancient and very effective form of yoga opens pathways to change and healing, cutting through self imposed limitations and penetrating blocks so you can become the most empowered and authentic version of yourself.
It is designed to activate the subtle energy systems (chakras) through powerful breathwork, movement, mudra, eye focus and mantra. Kundalini Yoga and Meditation is enlivening and deeply spiritual in its effect.
